My workspace data is shown in the wrong currency
Why your ad spend, revenue and report figures appear in the wrong currency – and how to put it right.
If your costs, revenue and report figures show up with the wrong currency symbol, it's almost always one thing: the workspace currency is set to a currency you don't actually track in. It's a single workspace-wide setting, so fixing it puts every figure right at once.
Most common cause
Currency is a display setting. LeadJourney shows your amounts with whatever currency the workspace is set to – it does not convert the values your ad platforms report. So if the symbol is wrong, the setting is simply pointing at the wrong currency.
How to fix it
Open the Workspace Information card
Go to Settings → Sub-users, or open app.leadjourney.io/settings?slug=sub-users directly. The Workspace Information card sits at the top of the tab.
Pick the right currency
In the Currency dropdown, choose the currency you actually track spend and revenue in. Start typing to filter the list.
Save
Click Save Workspace Details. The button stays greyed out until you change something, and a confirmation appears once it's saved. Every report and dashboard updates to the new currency.

Why the amounts themselves didn't change
It relabels, it doesn't convert
Switching the currency changes the symbol and formatting – it does not recalculate the numbers. If your Meta or Google account reports in USD and you set the workspace to EUR, LeadJourney shows the same figures with a € sign; it does not run an exchange-rate conversion. Always pick the currency that matches how your ad platforms actually report.
Still not right?
- You don't see the Workspace Information card. Only a workspace owner (or an agency managing the workspace) can change the currency. Ask your workspace owner to update it.
- Only some figures look off. Check you're looking at the right workspace – each workspace has its own currency. Switch workspaces from the selector if you manage more than one.
