FAQ

How do I export my data?

Download your leads, reports and logs from LeadJourney as CSV – where the export buttons are, the difference between exporting the current page and all data, and how to get reports delivered automatically.

Most tables in LeadJourney can be exported to CSV. You'll find an export button on the report or log you're viewing, and the file contains the raw rows behind what's on screen.

Current page vs. all data

When you export, you choose how much to download – "You can download a .csv file containing raw data."

  • Download current page view – just the rows currently visible.
  • Export all data from the table – every row that matches your current filters and date range, not only the visible page.

Set your date range and filters first; the export respects them.

In Lead Overview you can export a selection

Select specific leads with the row checkboxes and export just those, or export the whole filtered list. See Lead Overview.

Want it automatically, on a schedule?

Exports are manual and per-table – there's no scheduled or whole-workspace export, and the format is CSV (not Excel/JSON). To have a report pulled and delivered automatically to email, Slack or a webhook on a schedule, set up an AI Agent.
