How do I change my workspace currency?
Set the currency LeadJourney uses to display your ad spend, revenue and report figures – where to find it and how to change it.
Your workspace currency is the currency LeadJourney uses to show every monetary value in that workspace – ad spend, revenue, cost per lead and the numbers in your reports. You set it once per workspace, and every member sees the same currency.
In short
The currency is a display setting. It controls the currency symbol and formatting your figures are shown with – it doesn't convert the amounts your ad platforms report.
Who can change this
Workspace currency lives in the Workspace Information card. Only a workspace owner (or an agency managing the workspace) can edit it. If you don't see the card, you don't have permission – ask your workspace owner to make the change.
Where to find it
In LeadJourney, open Settings → Sub-users, or go straight to app.leadjourney.io/settings?slug=sub-users.
The Workspace Information card sits at the top of that tab. Currency is part of it – the Sub-users tab also holds your workspace's company address, time zone and time format.
Step by step
Open the Workspace Information card
Go to Settings → Sub-users. The Workspace Information card is at the top of the page.
Pick your currency
In the Currency dropdown, select the currency you want LeadJourney to use. Start typing to filter the list if it's long.
Save your change
Click Save Workspace Details. The button stays greyed out until you actually change something, so if it's disabled you haven't picked a new value yet. A confirmation appears once the change is saved.
What changes after you save
- Costs, revenue and per-lead values across your reports and dashboards are shown with the new currency symbol.
- The change applies to the whole workspace, so every member sees the same currency.
It's a display setting, not a converter
Changing the currency updates how amounts are shown – it does not recalculate or convert the figures your ad platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) report. Pick the currency that matches how you actually track spend and revenue.
