FAQ

How do I change my workspace time zone?

Set the time zone LeadJourney uses for timestamps and report dates – where to find it, how to change it and how auto-detect helps.

Your workspace time zone is the time zone LeadJourney uses to show dates and times in that workspace – when leads came in, the timestamps in your logs and the days your reports are grouped by. Setting it correctly keeps your numbers lined up with your own working day.

Who can change this

Time zone lives in the Workspace Information card. Only a workspace owner (or an agency managing the workspace) can edit it. If you don't see the card, you don't have permission – ask your workspace owner to make the change.

Where to find it

In LeadJourney, open Settings → Sub-users, or go straight to app.leadjourney.io/settings?slug=sub-users.

The Workspace Information card sits at the top of that tab. Time zone is part of it – the same card also holds your time format (12- or 24-hour), your currency and your company address.

Step by step

Open the Workspace Information card

Go to Settings → Sub-users. The Workspace Information card is at the top of the page.

Choose your time zone

Open the Time zone dropdown and start typing your city or region to filter the list, then pick the right zone. LeadJourney can also auto-detect the time zone from your browser and suggest it for you – accept the suggestion if it matches.

Save your change

Click Save Workspace Details. The button stays greyed out until you actually change something, so if it's disabled you haven't picked a new value yet. A confirmation appears once the change is saved.

What changes after you save

  • Timestamps in your logs and the dates across your reports and dashboards are shown in the new time zone.
  • The day boundaries your reports are grouped by shift to match it, so "today" lines up with your actual day.
  • The change applies to the whole workspace, so every member sees the same time zone.

Tip: set the time format too

Right next to the time zone you'll find Time Format – switch between a 12-hour (AM/PM) and 24-hour clock. It saves with the same Save Workspace Details button.
