Where do I find my Workspace ID?
Your Workspace ID identifies your workspace to LeadJourney's Conversion API and webhooks. Here's exactly where to find and copy it.
Your Workspace ID is the unique identifier for your workspace. You'll need it whenever you connect your CRM or automation tool to LeadJourney – it tells the Conversion API which workspace an incoming event belongs to, alongside your Webhook URL and Postback Secret.
In short
Open Settings → Events, switch to the Conversion API tab, and copy the value in the Workspace ID field.
Where to find it
In LeadJourney, open Settings → Events (the Events Manager), or go straight to app.leadjourney.io/settings?slug=offline-conversions. Then switch to the Conversion API tab.
That tab holds the three credentials your CRM needs to send events:
- Workspace ID – the value this article is about.
- Postback Secret – your authentication token (you can regenerate it here).
- Webhook URL – the endpoint events are sent to.
Step by step
Open the Events Manager
Go to Settings → Events. This opens the Events Manager.
Switch to the Conversion API tab
The Events Manager has three tabs – Events, Custom Fields and Conversion API. Open the Conversion API tab.
Copy your Workspace ID
Find the Workspace ID field and click the copy icon next to it. Paste it into your CRM, webhook or automation tool wherever a Workspace ID is required.
It's also in your tracking snippet
Your Workspace ID is embedded in the tracking script too – it's the ID in the script URL
on Settings → Tracking
(.../package/latest/YOUR-WORKSPACE-ID/). Either place gives you the same value; the
Conversion API tab is the easiest to copy from.
Using more than one workspace?
The Workspace ID is unique to each workspace. If you manage several, make sure you've switched into the right one before you copy it, so events land where you expect. See Manage multiple workspaces.
