The prebuilt reports
Four ready-made report views – Traffic Channel, Campaign, Landing Page and Ad Creative – that answer the most common questions without building anything. Drill down and click any number to see the leads behind it.
Alongside the custom Report Builder, LeadJourney ships four prebuilt reports that are ready the moment your tracking is live. Each one is tuned for a specific question and lets you drill down and click any number to see the leads behind it – something the Report Builder's aggregated views don't do.
Prebuilt vs. Report Builder
Use a prebuilt report to explore performance top-down (channel → campaign → ad set → ad) and drill into individual leads. Use the Report Builder when you want a custom mix of metrics, grouping and chart style to save to a dashboard.
The four reports
Traffic Channel Report
Compare every channel side by side – where is your budget working hardest?
Campaign Report
Drill from campaign to ad set to ad/keyword to find winners and losers.
Landing Page Report
See how each landing page converts across all sources.
Ad Creative Report
Benchmark your creatives across Meta, Google and LinkedIn.
What they have in common
All four live under Reports in the sidebar and share the same controls:
- A date range and a Compare to previous period toggle.
- An attribution method (Last Click / First Click) and window.
- Search, status filters and advanced filters.
- Sortable, re-orderable columns with saveable presets.
- A leads/sales icon on each row – click it to open Lead Overview filtered to exactly that slice.
Limit access per report
Each report can be granted or withheld per user. See Add users to your workspace to limit a teammate to specific reports and channels.

Dashboards
Pin your saved reports as cards on a dashboard so the numbers you care about are one click away. Create multiple dashboards, arrange the cards in a grid, and jump back into any report to edit it.
Traffic Channel Report
Compare every paid and organic channel side by side – clicks, cost, leads, CPL, won clients, revenue, ROAS and profit – then drill from a channel down to its campaigns, ad sets and ads to see where your budget works hardest.
